Carrots pickle – Gajar ka Achar


  • Carrots 1lb cut in thick jullien
  • Garlic paste 2tbs
  • Red chillie powder 1tsp
  • Green chillie paste 1tbs
  • Cilantro 1/2 bunch Finely chopped
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • salt 1tsp to rub on the carrots

 Cooking Directions

  1. Wash carrots add salt and let it air dry for 12 hrs (you can make it without drying it )
  2. Mix all the spices and make a paste.
  3. Add carrots and chopped cilantro
  4. Mix well adjust salt and pepper according to your taste
