- Puff pastry dough as required
- Sugar as required
- Eggs 2 (beaten)
- Roll the dough to a thin rectangular sheet, brush with egg and put sugar on it lavishly.
- Roll it from both sides equally, then lastly overlap both on top of each other.
- Chill for 15 mins then with sharp knife, cut it into slices and put it in a greased baking tray.
- Bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degree C, take it out from oven turn the French heart and re-bake for 10 minutes.
