French Hearts


  • Puff pastry dough as required
  • Sugar as required
  • Eggs 2 (beaten)
Cooking Directions
  1. Roll the dough to a thin rectangular sheet, brush with egg and put sugar on it lavishly.
  2. Roll it from both sides equally, then lastly overlap both on top of each other.
  3. Chill for 15 mins then with sharp knife, cut it into slices and put it in a greased baking tray.
  4. Bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degree C, take it out from oven turn the French heart and re-bake for 10 minutes.
