Cleansing – Rinse your face in the morning with lukewarm water and natural cleanser to remove any nighttime bacteria, dead cells, dirt and other residues on the skin. Pat dry your face with a clean towel.
Exfoliating – A gentle exfoliation using a warm wet washcloth on the skin will help you to get rid of dead skin cells and other impurities. Rub it in a circular motion on the face, start from your nose and go through temples, forehead, chin, and neck.
Tone – A toner will balance the skin by preventing the excess production of oil, which is helpful for oily or acne prone skin. It is useful for people of all skin types and choose a toner which has chamomile, vitamin E or hibiscus extract. Apply toner on a cotton pad and gently wipe all over the face and neck.
Warm Oil – To keep your skin hydrated and glowing, you have to apply a light moisturizer in the morning followed by a good sunscreen. Apply 2 – 3 drops of warm facial oil on your skin to make the skin look gorgeous and thus keep it from drying. Make sure to pat it (not rubbing) on all over the face, neck, and hands.
Morning Drink – Drinking a glass of lemon and honey mixed warm water in the morning will help to flush out the toxins and other impurities from the body. This antioxidant and vitamin C rich content will make your skin glow naturally.
