Pin Wheel Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Sandwich bread 1
  • Butter 8 ounce or 200g
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Boiled eggs 2 (mashed)
  • Green chutney ½ cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Slice the sandwich loaf lengthwise.
  2. Trim crust from the bread
  3. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
  4. Spread butter and mayonnaise on top of the slices.
  5. Top with a layer of chutneyfilling, or ketchup or boiled eggs.
  6. Now roll the slices into a swiss roll.
  7. Fix with tooth picks and chill for 2 hours till firm.
  8. Remove and cut into slices.
