PPP: Bilawal wants Balochistan rights protected in CPEC

The Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that his Party don’t want to make China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) controversial and he also said that the rights of Balochistan has to be confirmed in the $46 billion mega project.

Bilawal stated this while talking to a group of Balochistan National Party (Mengal) conducted by former MNA Rauf Mengal, at Bilawal House.

BNP Mengal group informed the PPP Chairman about the reservations of people of Balochistan over CPEC route changes which will benefit only a single province while Balochistan won’t get anything.

The delegation invited the PPP Chairman to visit an All Parties Conference being organized by them under the subject of “CPEC and Gwadar: Future Prospects for Balochistan” in Islamabad on Jan 10, 2016. Bilawal will visit the APC to convey its policy on CPEC, which includes complete protection to the actual rights of Balochistan and its people.
