Sindh Health Minister Dr. Saghir Ahmed stated this here on Saturday. He said the decision of dismissal of Dr. Abdul Jabbar Memon was made in light of statement the affected nurse gave upon regaining consciousness.
Meanwhile, a detailed report is yet to be submitted by investigative committee set up after the incident.
In-charge of Jinnah Hospital’s Emergency Department, Dr. Simi Jamali had confirmed that the name of the accused was Dr. Abdul Jabbar Memon – an employee of Sindh Health Department.
