Sweet Potato Raita
Ingredients
Potato – 1 large
Sugar – 2 tbsp. or more
Green chilly – 1 tsp. finely chopped.
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp. chopped
Jeera seeds – 1/2 tsp.
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Boondi/Sev to garnish
Method:
Boil potatoes. Let cool and cut into 1 cm. cubes.
In a bowl, beat curds with sugar till smooth.
Mix curd with the potato cubes. Add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
Add a pinch of salt.
Make a tempering with jeera seeds.
Add to raita and mix well.
7. Serve cold, garnished with boondi or sev.
