Forver young at 48, the heart throb Tom Cruise gives the credit to his four – year old daughter Suri for being his secret for staying young & handsome.

According to People’s magazine, Tom who is married to actress Katie Holmes and a father of three children has a secret for staying young.

“I love all my children, but Suri is my fountain of youth. We jump on the trampoline together,” Cruise said.

The ‘Top Gun’ star is also father to Connor, 15, and Isabella, 17.

“I’m still better than my kids at basketball. One of these days, though, they’ll beat me and I’ll be delighted,” he added.

Talking about what he got this year on his birthday, Cruise said, “For as long as I can remember, my mom has given me a roast chicken with green beans. Kate gave me The Great Escape (the classic 1963 WWII movie starring Steve McQueen). The children gave me pictures, homemade videos and photos. We paste everything into books, and when I page through them I am the happiest man in the world”.
