1. Jawline, Chin, and Neck
Throughout menstrual cycle, hormones fluctuate resulting in excessive oil production by the sebaceous glands. This increased amount of oil clogs your pores, causing breakouts.
If these are the kinds of pimples you have, then the best way is to up your regular treatment game. If you already use an acne-fighting cleanser, one with either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, then leave it on the susceptible areas a week before your period. This should do the trick. If the pimples still persist and this is a regular situation, you might be in need of hormonal replacement therapy (HRT).
2. Nose and Forehead
T-zone breakouts usually result because of the fight-or-flight response. It actually happens because of adrenaline release that increases the oil production. Zits on nose could also indicate heart problems and high blood pressure, which could be because of the stress as well.
If that happens, make sure you eat a clean diet and try yoga for stress reduction. Meanwhile, the pimples on the forehead could mean a faulty liver. Counteract that with lots of water and cutting down fatty foods.
3. Along the Hairline
When your body fails to break down the food you are eating, it results in pimples on and around your hairline. If that happens, you are advised to increase fruits and vegetables in your diet and going for digestive enzymes.
Moreover, make sure you are getting ample sleep of round 7 to 9 hours each night. A good night’s sleep is essential for the proper breaking down of food.
Another reason these zits occur is because something has been in long contact with your skin for example your hands or phone. Hands are infested with bacteria and so are phones. When they remain in touch with your cheeks, the bacteria or other pore clogging dirt transfers to your cheeks causing zits. Both the problems are interlinked because they occur due to the dirt and bacterial agents in the surroundings.
To prevent that from happening, wipe your phone with antibacterial cleaners on a daily basis. Also, keep your hands away from your cheeks as much as possible. Also, invest in an air purifier to ensure your surroundings are clean enough for you to breathe in.
Another possible reason for pimples on cheeks can be excessive sugar intake. If you gain weight and have pimples on your cheek, you might want to cut down on your sugar consumption.
5. Around the Mouth
For example, the remnants of greasy fried food can block the pores around your mouth. This will result in pimples. Always clean your mouth with cleansing face wipes after you eat.
