- Lemons 2-3
- Lemon Juice 1 cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Fresh Mint Leaves for garnishing
- Water/Soda 6-8 cups
- Place the sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan until dissolved.
- Allow cooling.
- Place this sugar syrup in the blender with the whole lemon and freshly grated ginger and blend until frothy.
- Stir through the desired amount of water or aerated drink or soda and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
