Ginger Lemonade


  • Lemons 2-3
  • Lemon Juice 1 cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Mint Leaves for garnishing
  • Water/Soda 6-8 cups

Cooking Directions

  1. Place the sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan until dissolved.
  2. Allow cooling.
  3. Place this sugar syrup in the blender with the whole lemon and freshly grated ginger and blend until frothy.
  4. Stir through the desired amount of water or aerated drink or soda and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
