1. Hold a pencil in your hand and place your hand with some distance of your eyes. Start focusing on pencil. Now slowly bring your hand near your nose and then bring back your hand at the same distance. Do this for ten times.
2. Blink your eyes after every 20 seconds. You can also do the exercise with same thing. Shut your eyes and let them rest for 30 sec then open your eyes again. Do this exercise twice a day.
By doing these exercise you can relax your eye muscles. On the other hand, try to add those food in your diet which are goods for eyesight health.
Carrots: Beta-carotene and vitamin A in carrots are helps to retina and other all parts of eye to work smoothly.
Amla: It is full of with vitamin C and gives strength to the eye muscles. Drink daily two table spoon of amla juice for eye health.
Almonds: These are also the rich source of vitamins and minerals. For eye health add almonds in your morning breakfast.
Beef: It is full of zinc and help to boost your eyes health.
Eggs: yolk in eggs is the major source of zinc. It helps to reduce your muscular degeneration risk. You should eat one egg regularly.
