Ingredients

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Onion 1 large (chopped )
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  • Salt 1½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Tomato 1 (cut into tiny cubes)
  • Green chilies 3 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Eggs 3 (beaten)
  • Ginger as required (chopped)
 Cooking Directions
  1. Heat oil in a wok and fry onion for 5 to 7 minutes until light golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste with chopped tomatoes, red chili, turmeric, coriander, salt, cumin and mince and fry well.
  3. Add yogurt and fry.
  4. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook till meat tender.
  5. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
  6. Lastly add tomato cubes, garam masala, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger sliced.
  7. Leave it on dum for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with paratha.
